At Beyond A Beaten Path, we're committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

Made-to-Order Items:

  • All our products are handcrafted to order in our Alberta workshop
  • Standard processing time: Minimum 10-14 business days
  • Processing begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed
  • Custom engraving and personalization are completed during this time
  • You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Rates & Methods

Free Shipping:

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders under $150 CAD: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Delivery time: 5-15 business days after shipment (Canada)

Shipping Destinations

Canadian Shipping:

  • We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada
  • Remote locations may experience longer delivery times

International Shipping:

  • Currently available to select countries (Exclude USA)
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days after shipment)

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
  • Contact us if you have questions about your shipment

Shipping Protection

  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
  • Items are insured during transit
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

Delays & Issues

  • While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • We'll do our best to keep you informed of any delays
