Made-to-Order Items:

All our products are handcrafted to order in our Alberta workshop
Standard processing time: Minimum 10-14 business days
Processing begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed
Custom engraving and personalization are completed during this time
You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships

Orders under $150 CAD: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
